You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece that is new, unworn and still has its tags.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you're returning.
Wait for our reply with the return address and simple instructions. Please don't send anything before that, because pieces from one order can go back to different places.
Pack the piece with its tags on and send it back.
When it arrives and is checked, we refund it to your original payment method.

Didn't get the size quite right? Exchange it for free. We'll send you a prepaid label to send it back, and get the right one on its way.

That's fine too. Just cover the return postage and we'll refund you once it's back with us.

We'll make it right, and it won't cost you a thing.

You can return one piece from a look. You don't have to send back the whole outfit.
